In partnership with Potatoes USA and the Michigan Potato Industry Commission, MSU Culinary Services is hosting several special events Feb. 12-13 to highlight Michigan Potatoes and introduce unique cuisine to the campus community.
The evening of Wednesday, Feb. 13, a pop-up dinner at The Gallery at Snyder/Phillips will feature a Pho broth with potato noodles at the Latitudes venue.
In addition to the venue takeover on Feb. 13, be sure to join us Tuesday, Feb. 12 at Brody Square. All venues will feature a variety of potato dishes, including homemade gnocchi with garden vegetable marinara at Boiling Point, potato shawrma at Pangea, a potato pitaya bowl at Dolce, a truffle and potato pizza at Ciao, and loaded baked potato soup at S2.
On Feb. 13, the team will also be at Sparty's Market offering small plate samples and easy-to-make potato recipes from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
