Join Human Nutrition and Foods (HNF) 445 students for a special Earth Day Celebration Lunch event on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at South Pointe at Case.
Guests can enjoy unique dishes featuring local ingredients such as Vegan Tamales and Mexican Street Corn at Veg Out, Char Sui Bao utilizing MSU Pork at Great Lakes Plate served with pickled vegetables from the MSU Student Organic Farm, Fennel Encrusted Rainbow Trout from Harrieta Hills Trout Farm in northern Michigan and items from the MSU Dairy Store. The team is exploring other menu selections that will highlight cuisine from around the world.
