Chef Jason “Jay Z” Ziobrowski, CEC, from InHarvest is returning to campus March 27 to help celebrate Whole Grain Sampling Day. InHarvest, a premier provider of rice, rice blends, exotic grains and legumes, first visited in December 2017.
The April featured food is Ras el Hanout, a North African seasoning blend that will be incorporated into a lamb dish.
The May featured food is navy beans, which will be incorporated into a baked bean dish. Watch for more information on the recipe name!
