Owen Hall Changes
Beginning fall semester 2019, the DineOn Owen plan will no longer be available and Owen Hall becomes board optional. Residents can purchase one of the unlimited dining plans listed above or an off-campus dining plan, as outlined below. Owen residents can also choose to forgo having a dining plan.
In addition, MSU Culinary Services will open a tenth dining hall in July 2019 in Owen Hall to enhance culinary excellence and continue providing safe, convenient options for the campus community. Thrive at Riverwalk Market in Owen Hall will feature three all-you-care-to eat venues, serving a variety of flavorful cuisine. In addition to giving diners more flexibility, the renovated space will be certified free from the top eight allergens (milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish) as well as sesame and gluten.
Students living in Owen Hall, Williams Hall, Van Hoosen Hall, University Apartments, 1855 Place or at off-campus properties can purchase meal accesses in bundles of 10. Students living off campus are also welcome to purchase an unlimited dining plan, listed under ‘On-campus Plans’ above.
DineOn 10+ | $77.50 per 10-meal bundle ($7.75 per meal)
Meal accesses must be purchased in bundles of 10, with a maximum of 20 bundles (200 meals) able to be purchased in a single transaction. Meal accesses can be used at any of the nine residential dining halls on campus and as a Combo-X-Change at participating locations. Guests with off-campus plans can use multiple Combo-X-Changes per day (each Combo deducts one meal access). Meal accesses can also be used to bring friends and guests to eat with you in the dining halls.
