Important Meal Pick-Up Information for Sick Students

Culinary Services has a Sick Meal Pickup Arrangements process in place for unwell students. Students who are sick should not pick up their meals in person to avoid spreading illness to the campus community.

A sick student can complete the online form and provide a printed or electronic copy to the person designated to pick up their meal(s). Please note that a separate form is needed for each meal requested. The individual picking up the meal must present their MSU ID and the completed form to the dining hall entrance host. The meal pickup must occur in the same neighborhood where the sick student resides, including all-you-care-to-eat dining halls and Grab & Go dining halls in Holden and Holmes.

Additionally, students should not lend their ID cards to others, as they are non-transferable. For safety, students should be reminded to store to-go meals in a refrigerator until they are ready to eat. The form is available at the entrance host stands, residential hall service centers and on the EAS website at eatatstate.com/FAQs.

The ill student can complete the Sick Meal Pickup Arrangements form and provide a completed copy (printed or electronic) to the person picking up their meal.
