During winter break, the Culinary Services team transitioned UP Pizzeria at Crossroads Food Court in the International Center to a new venue. QUE empowers the customer to personalize their barbecue-style entrée, choosing from 11 sauce options like BBQ chipotle and Sweet Baby Rays.
The menu features a Grilled Jackfruit Sandwich, Mac and Cheese with choice of meat topping, Smoked Michigan Turkey Sandwich, Smoked Brisket Sandwich and Slow-roasted Pulled Pork Sandwich. All entrées are B/C items on Combo-X-Change. With a combo, customers have their choice of either a beverage or side for their A item, including bottled water, Faygo canned soda, fountain soda, coleslaw, baked beans, corn muffin, mac and cheese, or kettle chips. Arizona iced tea is also available as a drink selection.
The new venue is open Monday-Thursday, 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Please be sure to check our Dining Hours page for any exceptions to these hours, including holidays.
