On Wednesday, Dec. 6, the Culinary Services team held an annual Holiday Dinner at all residential dining halls across campus. Students, faculty/staff and members of the surrounding community gathered to indulge in specialty menu items and signature desserts.
Surrounded by festive decorations, guests enjoyed appetizers such as Mozzarella Sticks and Crab Rangoon. New York Strip Roast, Beef Tenderloin, Ribeye Prime Rib Roast, fresh seafood and Butterfly Shrimp were among the entrée options, with 9,300 total pounds ordered from Food Stores.
The MSU Bakers team crafted a delicious assortment of sweets, including 19,680 decorated Holiday Sugar Cookies.
