Why are we promoting Whole Grains and Nutrition?
MSU Culinary Services hosts a special event each year to celebrate the benefits of whole grains. This event aims to educate our dining guests on incorporating nutrients, vitamins, and fiber into their diets without sacrificing flavor. It also allows our team to showcase the nutritious menu offerings available at MSU.

Throughout the academic year, our talented dietitian and chefs create delicious recipes emphasizing flavor and variety while promoting healthier eating habits.

We invite our dining guests to try all the recipes during our "Whole Grains Madness" week in March. Our menus present an exciting chance for guests to enjoy unique recipes and find inspiration for incorporating whole grains into their cooking. Join us in celebrating the joy of healthy eating!
