The Edge at Akers

The Edge at Akers is open Jan. 6-8 from 8-9 a.m., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. In addition, the dining hall will be open Sunday, Jan. 9 from 8-9 a.m., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4:30-9 p.m. Guests must wear a mask indoors unless they are seated at a table and eating/drinking. Please note residential dining halls are currently closed to the general public to ensure we can focus on serving the campus community. Guests must have a valid MSU-issued ID card.

Beginning Monday, Jan. 10, spring semester hours will be as follows. All-you-care-to-eat locations will offer takeout in addition to dine-in service during the first three weeks of the semester while most classes are conducted virtually. We will provide updates as they become available.

Monday-Sunday:
7-10:30 a.m. (breakfast)
10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. (lunch)
2-3:30 p.m. (limited menu)
3:30-4:30 p.m. (CLOSED for cleaning/sanitation)
4:30-9 p.m. (dinner)

*IMPORTANT: When we transition from breakfast to lunch, and from lunch to dinner, limited menu options may be offered. Please be patient with our team as we approach the end of a meal period and transition to the next timeframe. It takes time to rotate menu items and move into the meal period that follows. In addition, we continue to face supply chain challenges that make it difficult to source ingredients. This can have an effect on the amount and variety of options served and may cause our team to run out of an item before the meal period ends. Thank you for your understanding.
