A Whole Day for Whole Grain Celebrated March 30, 2022

Each year, the Oldways Whole Grains Council encourages people to sample whole grains and experience their diverse flavors and health benefits. For 2022, the organization has put a new spin on the observance, renaming it A Whole Day for Whole Grain to inspire more people to eat whole grains and incorporate them into recipes.

To celebrate, we are highlighting all the locations offering whole grains on their menus for Wednesday, March 30, 2022. In addition, we're sharing six recipes featuring different grains that you can try at home. Each recipe has an accompanying video to feature one of our chefs. They show you the main steps of the recipe and walk you through how each dish comes together.
