In February, Culinary Services (CS) will feature special menu selections to celebrate and recognize Black History Month. These offerings invite the campus community to explore the rich culinary traditions and cultural contributions of Black, African American and African people throughout the United States.

Each event will highlight dishes inspired by significant moments, traditions and flavors that reflect the historical and cultural impact of Black communities. Featured dishes include favorites like:
- Fried Chicken and Catfish
- Mac and Cheese
- Fried Okra
- BBQ Pulled Pork
- Ribs
- Sweet Potato Pie
- Cobblers and more!
