On Tuesday, Feb. 17, Culinary Services will offer special dining experiences in honor of the Lunar New Year. Guests can enjoy festive dinner menus at the following locations, featuring dishes from various Asian countries.
- Brody Square – South Korea
- The Gallery at Snyder/Phillips - Vietnam
- South Pointe at Case - Taiwan
- The Edge at Akers - China
Featured dishes include dumplings, fish, and spring rolls, highlighting traditional foods that symbolize wealth, abundance, and the arrival of spring.
In addition, Sabor in the International Center Food Court will feature a unique Latin–Asian fusion menu crafted especially for the celebration on Feb. 17.
