Food Truck Weekly Lunch and Late-night Menus

LUNCH SERVICE MENU | June 18-21, 2018

Add a side and beverage for only $1! If you enjoy our American Classic Blended Mushroom Burger, be sure to vote for us in the James Beard Foundation Blended Burger Project. You can vote once every 24 hours to help us make a difference in this challenge to create a delicious, healthier and more sustainable burger by blending ground meat with finely chopped mushrooms.

  • American Classic Blended Mushroom Burger - $8
    House-made beef and mushroom patty topped with melty MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese, pickles, tomatoes, MSU Student Organic Farm lettuce and yellow onions on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.

  • Chorizo Burger - $8
    Michigan-certified beef and chorizo blended patty, chipotle ketchup, lettuce, red onion and avocado crema on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.

  • Chicken Quesadillas with Honey Chipotle Sauce - $7
    Marinated chicken grilled in a flour tortilla, with tomato, green onion and smoked cheddar cheese. Served with a side of honey chipotle sauce.

  • Al Pastor Smoked Chicken Tacos - $7
    Two grilled flour tortillas stuffed with queso fresco crumble, serrano peppers, house-smoked chicken, and shredded lettuce, and drizzled with house-made al pastor sauce.

  • Mozzarella Empanada - $6 (vegetarian)
    A crispy fried empanada filled with frijoles negros fritos and mozzarella cheese.

  • Elote Fritters - 3 for $4 or 6 for $6 (vegetarian)
    Crispy fried elote style corn fritters with serrano peppers, cilantro and queso fresco. Served with a side of roasted red pepper sauce.

*Substitute meat in any entrée with house-smoked tofu!

LATE-NIGHT SERVICE MENU | June 18-21, 2018

Add a side and beverage for only $1! Please note that late-night service is cash less.

  • Mac and Cheese Bites - $4
    Four crispy fried macaroni and cheese wedges tossed in BBQ seasoning and served with Adobo Aioli for dipping.

  • French Toast Sticks - $3
    Five crispy and sweet French toast sticks, deep fried to order, served with a side of maple-flavored syrup.

  • Veggie Tray - $3
    MSU Student Organic Farm carrot sticks and sliced cucumber, and sliced green bell pepper, served with a side of ranch dressing.

  • Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap - $4
    House-smoked turkey, crispy bacon and MSU Student Organic Farm spring mix held together in a spinach wrap. Served with a side of ranch dressing.

*Substitute meat in any entrée with house-smoked tofu!
