Michigan-certified Angus beef patty, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, sliced tomato, spring mix, and red onion on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.
Smokestack Barbecue Grilled Cheese - $7
Melty provolone and mozzarella cheese with roasted Roma tomatoes, grilled until golden and gooey on Breadsmith peasant bread and served with a side of house-made smokestack barbecue sauce.
Food Truck Classic Pulled Pork Tacos - $7
Savory pulled pork piled in two lightly toasted flour tortillas and topped with a drizzle of house-made avocado crema, pickled red onion and queso fresco crumble.
Grilled Chicken and Cheddar Sandwich - $7
Flame-grilled chicken topped with melted cheddar cheese, MSU Student Organic Farm spring mix, sliced red onion and a drizzle of ranch all piled on a lightly toasted Breadsmith bun
