MSU's Award-winning Smoked Cheddar Cheeseburger - $8
Michigan-certified Angus beef patty, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, sliced tomato, spring mix and red onion on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.
Mozzarella and Romesco Grilled Cheese - $7 (vegetarian)
Melty mozzarella on local Breadsmith bread slices and grilled until crispy, golden and gooey. Served with a side of house-made romesco sauce for dipping.
Pulled Pork Sandwich - $8
Slow-roasted pulled pork on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun and topped with house-made smokestack BBQ sauce, smokestack coleslaw and crispy onion straws.
*Substitute meat in any entrée with house-smoked tofu!
