MSU’s Award Winning Smoked Cheddar Cheeseburger - $8
Michigan-certified Angus beef patty, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, sliced tomato, spring mix, and red onion on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.
Autumn Grilled Cheese - $7 (vegetarian)
Delicious mozzarella on Breadsmith peasant bread, served with a side of pumpkin seed pesto and grilled to perfection.
Pulled Pork Taco - $7
Slow-roasted pulled pork stuffed in two lightly toasted flour tortillas and topped with spicy garlic-serrano salsa, shredded carrots and cilantro.
Ham and Swiss Melt - $7
Shredded savory ham topped with melty Swiss cheese, spring mix, red onion and a drizzle of honey mustard all piled on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.
*Substitute meat in any entrée with house-smoked tofu.
