By clicking on a menu item, diners can view a detailed Nutrition Facts label with calories and other key nutritional information. They can also use the site's filters to identify menu items that meet specific dietary preferences or contain common allergens.

- Allergen-Free Dining Hall

Located in Owen Hall in the River Trail Neighborhood, Thrive is Certified Free Fromâ„¢ the Major 9 allergens (egg, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat), plus gluten. Thrive details:
- Not the only dining location where those with dietary restrictions can eat, as all dining locations successfully accommodate those with dietary needs. All-you-care-to-eat location: Guests can use their dining plan for entry or pay the public dining rate at the entrance host stand.
- Hours: Open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner; closed Saturday and Sunday
- Thrive To Go is open on Saturday and Sunday in the East Lounge at Shaw Hall to accommodate students who need allergen-free meals on weekends. Learn more at eatatstate.msu.edu/FAQs.

To self-report a dietary restriction and contact the CS Dietitian, complete our simple online form at go.msu.edu/dietarysurvey. Once you submit the completed form, our dietitian will follow up with you.
